Our client is an independent and privately owned Family Office Services provider, based in Jersey and supporting clients all over the world. Their Client Operations team plays a crucial role in the running of the business, taking responsibility for the first-class service delivery in onboarding, data management, regulatory reporting, screening, reviews, and risk management to clients and administration teams and in doing so, ensuring the client-facing administration teams can deliver a premium service to clients.

The team is expanding and in this new role, you will be responsible for the management of client and banking-related data and will assist with the supervision and development of a small team within the client operations function. You will help to define data management processes and oversee their successful implementation, collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

As part of the broader client operations team, you will also provide cover for the manager and support with periodic reviews, screening, client onboarding, and other operational projects as needed.

If you have a good academic background, with a minimum of a Table 4 qualification, ICSA Diploma, STEP Diploma, or Accountancy, with the drive, enthusiasm, and commitment to providing excellent levels of client service then we would really like to hear from you.
