Some exciting new roles just arrived! Our client is a lovely Family Office and now building their Operations Team with some newly created Administration and Support roles.

Senior Administrator, Client Operations (Reviews and Screening). Responsible for completing periodic reviews for a range of Family Office clients, as well as assisting with the supervision and development of the reviews and screening team.

Administrator or Senior Administrator, Client Operations (Screening). Responsible for the screening of clients, using a range of systems and databases proactively managing risk, and complying with external regulation and legislation efficiently and effectively.

This will include an initial review of all routine screening, escalating to the client teams where required, and ensuring appropriate reporting and follow-up are carried out. In addition to providing support with periodic reviews, client onboarding, data management, and other operational projects as needed. Reduced or flexible working hours could be considered – minimum 25 hrs.

Team Support, Client Operations. Provide administrative support to the Client Operations function, with a focus on inputting payments efficiently, accurately, and on time, providing excellent levels of service to internal and external clients, and gaining exposure to a range of operational areas, providing a great base on which to grow a career in the industry. Reduced or flexible working hours could be considered – minimum requirement 27 hrs.

Administrator, Private Clients. A great opportunity for someone with a few years of administration experience who wants to develop their career in a boutique family office, working on high-quality clients with an experienced and supportive team.
