A great opportunity for an experienced Senior Compliance Analyst to join a dynamic Compliance & Risk team in Jersey. This role supports senior team members and Key Persons in delivering regulatory obligations and maintaining strong internal systems and controls. Responsibilities include compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, and AML/Conduct support across the business.

Ideal for someone with at least three years’ experience in compliance or fiduciary/funds environments and studying towards a recognised compliance qualification. A strong understanding of Jersey’s regulatory framework and excellent organisational skills are essential. A varied and rewarding role for a proactive professional ready to take the next step in their compliance career.
