The role involves developing and maintaining compliance policies, testing controls as part of a structured monitoring programme, and supporting key stakeholders across the business. You’ll work closely with legal, governance, and business services teams to ensure a joined-up and robust approach to regulatory requirements.

Previous experience in compliance, risk, or client administration within a regulated environment is essential, along with a solid understanding of AML frameworks and fiduciary services in Jersey, Guernsey, BVI, or Cayman.
