Our client is recruiting for a Compliance Manager to join a fast-paced professional services environment, supporting the senior compliance lead with a focus on AML/CFT/CPF advisory, training, and policy development. You’ll provide guidance to the business, contribute to the compliance monitoring programme, and help embed strong regulatory awareness across the organisation.

You’ll need at least five years’ compliance experience, a relevant qualification such as an ICA Diploma, and solid knowledge of AML regulations. A background in legal or professional services is preferred. For the right candidate, there’s also potential to take on MLCO responsibilities.
