We’re working with a leading offshore fiduciary firm to recruit a Senior Employee Benefit Trust Administrator. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a complex portfolio of EBT structures, working independently while supporting the wider team.
You’ll manage day-to-day administration, ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements, and build strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving. You’ll also support billing, help develop new business opportunities, and provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ICSA, STEP) and bring solid senior-level experience in EBT administration. Strong organisational skills, technical know-how, and confident communication are a must.
