Are you a senior compliance professional ready to lead from the front? We’re partnering with a respected financial services firm in Jersey to appoint a Head of Compliance, a pivotal, board-facing role offering influence, visibility, and the chance to shape the compliance culture of a modern, forward-thinking business.

As part of the leadership team, you’ll be accountable for the firm’s regulatory and risk framework, serving as Compliance Officer, MLCO, and MLRO (subject to regulatory approval). You’ll act as the key contact with the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC), ensuring full compliance with local legislation and driving high standards across the business.
