Are you a detail-oriented compliance professional with a passion for raising standards? We're looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join a dedicated Risk and Compliance team, with a focus on Financial Crime Risk Management and Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
In this role, you'll carry out quality assurance checks on CDD files, ensuring compliance with AML, counter-terrorism, and sanctions regulations. You'll support analysts by reviewing documentation, spotting gaps, and providing constructive feedback to help raise quality and consistency across the board.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of corporate CDD experience, ideally familiar with complex structures and enhanced due diligence. If you thrive on accuracy, collaboration, and making a measurable impact in a fast-paced compliance environment, we’d love to hear from you.
