We're partnering exclusively with an innovative, purpose-driven international organisation to appoint a People Director who will become a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, working closely with the Chairman, CEO and senior leadership team to support organisational growth and future capability.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and influence executive hiring, talent development, succession planning, reward strategy and organisational capability across multiple jurisdictions.
As a strategic leadership role, the People Director will play a pivotal part in ensuring the organisation continues to attract, develop and retain exceptional talent while building a high-performing workforce aligned to its long-term objectives.
Key Highlights
Director-level appointment with direct access to the CEO and Board. Strategic focus across talent, succession, reward and organisational development. International remit spanning multiple jurisdictions. Opportunity to shape and embed a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will bring significant senior HR leadership experience, strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of driving organisational performance through effective people strategies. Experience within international, scaling or entrepreneurial environments would be highly advantageous.
As an AI-first organisation, the business is also seeking a leader who embraces technology and modern ways of working. An interest in leveraging AI, workforce analytics and data-driven insights to enhance decision-making, improve efficiency and support organisational performance will be highly valued.
