How do you balance operational excellence with team leadership in a fast-moving treasury environment? This role offers the chance to lead across central records, structured products, treasury support, and funding, ensuring strong governance, control, and client service.

You’ll act as the first point of escalation, support, and coach your team, and make sure payments, records, and processes meet regulatory and internal standards. Alongside this, you’ll drive improvements and contribute to a culture of efficiency and risk awareness.
