As Senior Manager, you’ll define and deliver the learning strategy, strengthen the Academy’s brand, and ensure employees have access to meaningful development opportunities. You’ll design and deliver management and leadership programmes, shape impactful onboarding, and partner with senior leaders to align learning with business goals.
