We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Investor Services professional to join a leading global provider of fund administration and accounting services. Reporting to the Head of Investor Services, you’ll play a key leadership role within a collaborative and forward-thinking team that supports a broad international client base, primarily focused on private equity and closed-ended fund structures.

In this senior role, you’ll take ownership of client relationships, ensure high-quality service delivery across the full investor services lifecycle, and lead on complex queries and technical matters. You’ll also support regulatory compliance, streamline operational processes, and contribute to team mentoring and development.

We're looking for someone with at least 6 years’ experience in fund administration, particularly in the alternatives space, and strong working knowledge of AML, FATCA/CRS, and investor onboarding. A detail-oriented, solutions-driven approach and excellent interpersonal skills are key to success in this role.
