Ready to drive high-impact deals in a business that’s scaling fast? We’re looking for a Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Manager to lead strategic acquisitions across multiple global markets, with a strong focus on North America.

In this hands-on role, you’ll manage the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluation to negotiation, execution, and integration, working closely with senior leadership to make bold, fast-paced decisions. With a strong pipeline, high autonomy, and a culture that rewards action, this is far from a traditional M&A role.

You’ll bring solid buy-side M&A experience (5–6 years), sharp commercial instincts, and the ability to build lasting relationships with founders and stakeholders. A qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) with a detail-driven, proactive mindset will thrive here.
