We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused People Advisor to join a dynamic HR team based in Guernsey or Jersey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong generalist HR experience to play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle while helping to drive a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Working closely with senior HR leaders, you’ll provide first-line advice to managers and colleagues on a range of matters, including performance, employee relations, and recruitment. You’ll also support onboarding, learning and development, and the implementation of people policies and frameworks,  all while contributing to continuous improvement and employee engagement initiatives.

If you’re CIPD Level 3 qualified (or above), confident in managing competing priorities, and passionate about making a difference across a business, we’d love to hear from you.
