Looking for the next step in funds where you can combine technical expertise with people leadership? This role offers the chance to manage a portfolio of real estate funds while supporting the wider growth of the Jersey business.
The position will involve the full scope of administration, client relationship management, and company secretarial responsibilities, as well as daily cash management and oversight of investor records. You’ll also be involved in the take-on and set-up of new clients, coordinating regulatory requirements and supporting governance across a range of structures.
Team leadership is an important part of the role, with responsibility for mentoring and supporting junior staff, managing workload, and contributing to recruitment and performance management. There will also be the opportunity to take part in interesting ad hoc projects and help shape internal processes.
This is a varied position with exposure to high-quality clients, offering the chance to broaden skills while playing a key role in fund administration.
