Our client is looking to hire a Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team, supporting a fast-growing governance services business operating across multiple jurisdictions.

Working closely with the General Counsel, you’ll handle a wide variety of legal matters, including commercial contracts, regulatory licensing, corporate governance, and internal projects. You’ll help manage legal risk, maintain group-wide policies, and provide practical, business-focused legal advice across teams and jurisdictions.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified lawyer with post-qualification experience in commercial, corporate, or funds law, whether from private practice or an in-house environment. Experience in regulated sectors and an interest in legal tech or automation would be a real advantage.
