An established investment firm is seeking a Senior Administrator to join its in-house Incentives & Internal Investments team in Jersey. The role centres on the governance and administration of carried interest, co-investment and management incentive structures, blending transaction execution, statutory recordkeeping and board support with direct exposure to senior stakeholders.

Experience in corporate governance, carry or share plan administration, fund services, or private equity structures? Comfortable interpreting legal documentation and operating with autonomy in a controlled environment?
