A Head of Operations opportunity is available for someone who can bring together operating models, processes, technology, data, and people to create greater consistency, efficiency, and scalability.

Could you lead continuous improvement, tackle operational inefficiencies, influence transformation, develop meaningful MI and identify practical ways to use AI to improve how work gets done? With responsibility for operational governance, cross-jurisdiction issues, business continuity, and functional design, this is a role with genuine scope to influence how the business evolves.

Experience in a regulated financial services environment, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to move comfortably between strategic thinking and practical problem-solving will be key.
