To support the rapid growth of the company and to accelerate the institutional adoption of digital assets, our client is actively seeking to onboard best-in-class talent globally, and they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Enterprise Risk and Control/Senior Risk Manager

The effective management of risk sits at the core of the business and is vital to the successful delivery of the firm’s strategy. The role holder will have responsibility for the ongoing development and control management of all aspects of the risk requirements.

You will define, develop, and maintain the enterprise risk management model. Work with the CEO and Board to set the risk appetite and ensure adherence. Use subject matter expertise and industry knowledge to provide independent oversight and credible challenge to all risk management activities, defining, promoting, and managing a robust risk culture and ensure market leading risk management becomes a commercial differentiator.

If you have significant senior experience in the risk domain in a financial institution, an understanding of digital assets, preferably with experience in the domain, and a keen interest in the Fintech/Digital Assets sector, then we would love to hear from you!
