This Accounts & Office Manager position sits at the centre of a small, well-established group of family-owned businesses, supporting Directors and overseeing the day-to-day finance and administration across luxury home interiors and property development operations.

From bookkeeping, payroll, and statutory returns, including ITIS, Social Security, and GST, through to managing ledgers, supplier payments, and financial records, the role offers full ownership of the accounts function. Alongside this, it supports the wider office, handling calls, correspondence, customs documentation where needed, and general administration to ensure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

It would suit someone comfortable working independently, confident across end-to-end accounts processes, and experienced with systems such as Sage 50 and Office 365. Organisation, attention to detail, and a reliable, proactive approach are key in a close-knit environment where consistency and trust are highly valued.
