Our client provides Legal services for the corporate and financial sectors, principally in the areas of banking and finance, corporate, investment funds, dispute resolution, private equity, and private wealth. They currently have a great opportunity for a Compliance Monitoring Manager to join the team.

The Compliance Monitoring Manager is a key position within the Global R&C function.  Leading and overseeing a multi-jurisdictional team of circa 5FTE, the successful candidate will be responsible primarily for development and delivery of the function's compliance monitoring programme (CMP).

You will work closely with the R&C leadership team and other key stakeholders to ensure that the annual CMP is developed, scoped and executed under the firm's risk-based approach, and actively target those areas, jurisdictions and business units that have been assessed to present the highest levels of regulatory risk to the business. 

If you have previous experience of managing people to inspire, lead and develop a high performing team, a minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles with a strong record of performance and ideally hold a relevant professional qualification, then we would really like to hear from you.
