Are you an experienced leader in the share plan or executive compensation space, ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a strategic, people-focused professional to join a dynamic team in Jersey, helping shape the future of an established and evolving Executive Compensation Services business.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior management function with significant responsibility and influence. You'll be overseeing a specialist team, managing complex client portfolios, and acting as a director across client structures. Your role will span governance, risk, client relationship development, and team performance, all while contributing to strategic growth and cross-jurisdictional collaboration.
Ideal candidates will bring at least 10 years of experience in the share plan industry, including listed and private company structures, and hold a Table 4 qualification. Regulatory approval in Jersey and leadership of regulated businesses are essential, as is the ability to lead with integrity, inspire others, and drive both innovation and commercial results.
