Are you ready to take the lead in private client services and help shape trusted relationships at the highest level? This Associate Director position offers the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of structures while guiding and developing a dedicated team.
The role will involve the administration of trusts, companies, and partnerships, ensuring matters are managed efficiently and in line with legal and regulatory requirements. Building strong client and adviser relationships is central, alongside attending meetings, overseeing reporting, and ensuring governance frameworks are followed.
There’s also scope to contribute to new business growth, identify cross-selling opportunities, and play a key role in developing both strategy and internal operations. Leadership responsibilities include coaching, performance management, and recruitment, supported by the wider management team.
