A great opportunity has arisen for a proactive and results-driven professional to step into the role of Assistant Manager – Procedural Change within an established financial services organisation. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for process optimisation and a solid understanding of regulatory environments.

You’ll work across multiple jurisdictions, partnering with teams in Risk, Compliance, IT, and Operations to identify areas for improvement, lead procedural changes, and ensure successful implementation. Your responsibilities will span process analysis, project coordination, training delivery, and performance monitoring, all aimed at enhancing efficiency and customer outcomes.

This role will suit someone with at least three years’ experience in operational change or process improvement within financial services. Strong analytical and project management skills, combined with a hands-on approach and excellent communication, will be key.
