Our client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join their Client Accounting team.
The Senior Manager will report to the Head of Client Accounting and must be driven and focused on providing exceptional service to clients.
You will have responsibility for reviewing the accuracy of clients' bookkeeping and financial statements preparation as well as supporting team planning, monitoring deadlines, coaching team members, assisting in reviewing and improving internal procedures, and developing client reporting and value-added services.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a Trust environment or relevant financial services business; an understanding of UK tax for companies and individuals; experience of bookkeeping for trusts and companies, financial statement preparation and review, and consolidation of financial statements; experience with private equity, quoted and unquoted investments and investment property bookkeeping.
Relevant accounting qualifications (ACCA, ACA) and in-depth knowledge of FRS 102 are essential, while experience in IFRS is also desirable.
