Our multi-award-winning Trust and Private Office client is seeking a Client Director to join them in Jersey.

The successful candidate will be accountable for a client portfolio of trust, company, and/or private office activity and is expected to lead the delivery of the relationships and associated work. The role holder will balance leading the team, developing a growing book of business, and delivering the client administration.

Key responsibilities include: providing a quality service to clients; generating revenue and profitable delivery of client service; identifying opportunities and assisting in the implementation of new business ideas; being financially savvy with the ability to make sound data-driven financial decisions; networking to generate profitable new business from intermediaries and direct from clients; providing leadership, mentoring, performance management, coaching and direction to the administration teams.

Extensive industry experience is required, as well as a broad network within the industry and across a range of intermediaries. The role holder will ideally hold a relevant professional qualification (for example, STEP, ICSA).
