Our client is a leading, independent, international corporate services provider. They are looking for a Trust Officer to join the team. The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a dedicated team providing comprehensive Trust and Company administration services to an international client base. To take enhanced responsibility for a specific client base. Support the team with the administration of a balanced portfolio of Companies, Trust and Foundations carrying out day to day administration tasks. May be responsible for a small client portfolio to include debt collection. Understand and adhere to Group’s Standard Operating Procedure. Communicate openly and honestly with clients on a regular basis, within Group’s Standard Operating Procedure. Accurately record all time spent dealing with client matters to ensure the clients are correctly invoiced ensuring all narratives are clear. Produce and submit all statutory returns. You will have ideally 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role. Ideally holding a first level Trust and Company qualification or be studying towards a professional qualification, such as ICSA/STEP. Strong academic background. Be able to deal with tasks independently & use own initiative. Be proactive and forward thinking.
