The role holder will manage and motivate a team of Relationship Directors & Managers to deliver exceptional sales and business performance to the Fiduciary industry in Guernsey. You will use your deep understanding of the market and trends within it to identify commercial opportunities and build sustainable revenue streams and will have the natural ability to motivate the team to deliver exceptional sales and business performance. Building long-term, external business relationships across the Fiduciary industry and will be an essential component of success in leading the business face to market in the sector. This will require working with colleagues from within the business to deliver banking, investment and other services, whilst adhering to regulatory requirements and compliance policies to avoid exposing the business to undue risk.
