Our client is an award-winning law firm with expertise globally with the agility to drive success for their clients in a fast moving world. They require a Senior Take On Client Manager to play a key role in ensuring our Client Take-on team provide an efficient and timely support service managing all aspects of the client take-on process across various practice areas in all our locations, with a focus on our Financial Services Law (“FSL”) and International Private Client (“IPC”) practices. Lead the development of the client take on operating model through existing locations and acquisitions. Liaising regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the client take on operating model and effective operation for excellent service to our clients. Develop and improve procedures, guidelines and controls within the client take on team. To coordinate and to review and streamline our take-on processes to increase efficiency. To support and educate the teams, to include attending the FSL and IPC team meetings as appropriate. Should possess as a minimum ICA advanced certificate (AML/Compliance/CDD) or Level 4 qualification. Ideally 5+ years of working in a legal environment with. Experience in client take on or CDD. An awareness and understanding of local regulatory requirements. Good technical knowledge relating to Jersey and AML legislation.
