Working within a team of Supervisors, you’ll be responsible for analysing the financial soundness of regulated businesses and ensuring they comply with the regulatory framework and to effectively demonstrate achievement of the company’s objectives.
This role would suit an individual with strong judgement and analytical skills, in particular experience of technical aspects of regulation relating to capital and liquidity. Proven communication skills, with the ability to conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
An in-depth knowledge of relevant financial services and products and a well-developed understanding of the Jersey and International regulatory standards are desirable. Motivation for continuous learning and development, a flexible approach, and an aptitude for managing people and the ability to work as part of a team are key requisites for the role.
