Working within a team of financial crime focused Supervisors, you’ll be responsible for ensuring entities within the Sectors, comply with Jersey’s legal and regulatory framework and effectively demonstrate achievement of our clients objectives, ensuring Jersey is a well-regulated International Finance Centre. You will be responsible in supporting and developing other members of the team through performance management.

This role would suit an individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who is a talent enabler through robust performance management. Having a developed knowledge of relevant financial services and products, and detailed understanding of Jersey’s financial crime framework and the application of relevant controls is desirable. Motivation for continuous learning and development, a flexible approach, and an aptitude for managing team members are key requisites for the role.
