Our award-winning client is always looking for motivated, talented individuals, and currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Manager. Working as part of the wider Human Resources team, this role is responsible for the overall employee experience and quality of HR delivery for the Jersey office.

You will be the key HR contact for the end-to-end HR experience for the assigned jurisdictions/practice areas and will act as the intermediary between employees/managers and HR back-office functions and/or HR centres of expertise. You will need to build relationships with managers and employees in order to support teams to achieve key business goals and will build the coaching capability of people managers and drive the people agenda, performance and culture.
