Our client is an international provider of Global Expansion, Funds and Active Wealth solutions and they have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Corporate Officer to join the team.

The Senior Corporate Officer will administer and take responsibility for a portfolio of corporate structures and support the corporate services team to provide first class service to clients, intermediaries, and other stakeholders. The corporate services team provide services to a wide range of global clients including private, listed, and regulated entities, across many different industries, including full management of companies, registered office, company secretarial services and corporate governance. The team also provides escrow services and manages Employee Benefit Trusts, International Single Member Pension Trusts, Protected Cell Structures and Collective Investment structures.

You will be expected to hold a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or ICSA) and maintain the relevant Continued Professional Development (CPD) hours in line with your qualification.
