Our client is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Corporate team in Guernsey. Recognised as a leading adviser on corporate transactions, the business can combine exceptional transactional skills with specialist expertise including corporate restructurings, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and statutory mergers.

Working as part of a focused, partner-led team, the Senior Associate will play an active role in the day to day running of Corporate matters and business development activities, under the supervision of a Partner as required.

You'll have relevant qualifications, ideally a minimum of five year's PQE and a desire to develop new skills and the ability to interface effectively at all levels - in return, our client can offer you an exciting and challenging career in a highly dynamic and supportive environment.
