Banking Trust Corporate Services Relationship Management
Our client is the leading business who works closely with individual clients to give a financial clarity and deliver optimal returns
They are looking for a Relationship Manager in their Corporate and Lending area.
A key strategic objective of Group is to originate and maintain appropriate and well structured lending business from the offshore trust and corporate service provider sector located in its four core jurisdictions.
This role has responsibility, in conjunction with the wider Trust & Corporate Team (the ‘Team’), for developing its strategic lending direction together with responsibility for the business development and relationship management initiatives and credit stewardship activities for this core growth sector of Group. Along with the Team, this role will critically assess the strategic performance of Group’s lending proposition, addressing as necessary and ensuring that group maintains a competitive advantage in the market, is achieving its strategic objectives and continues to operate within group’s credit and AML/CFT risk appetite.
The role is accountable for developing the Team’s structured lending proposition and the delivery of such against agreed targets. This may include, but not limited to, structured real estate finance, gearing against investment portfolios and balance sheet finance.
Partnering with the Team, the role will create structured client engagement programmes with the aim of, inter alia, sourcing new lending business and the management thereof.
The role will also provide a degree of support and, where appropriate, mentoring in relation to upskilling the wider team’s lending capabilities

Comprehensive experience and knowledge in risk assessing and structuring of lending propositions in order to create lending solutions to satisfy:
The clients’ requirements, and;
The Group’s Credit Committees, in line with its current risk appetite and Credit policy guidelines.
Strong credit management and stewardship skills.
