Our client provides services to high net worth individuals and locally based financial services businesses such as fiduciary, fund and insurance businesses.
You will be responsible for the relationship management of a growing portfolio of local corporates, property practitioners and family office clients including a number of complex property lending transactions as well as bespoke lending transactions for corporate acquisitions and investment portfolio gearing. The role will require supporting the Head of the Corporate & Family Office, Jersey with new lending opportunities and active management of existing transactions.
The successful candidate will need to have solid financial analysis skills to aid with the assessment of new and existing clients and lending opportunities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of lending procedures including credit and draw down related matters. Ability to deal with demanding clients and work within tight deadlines (relationship management). Have a good understanding of the regulatory environment including the regulations, rules and guidance and their implications relevant to the job and to follow all applicable internal compliance considerations and appropriate processes, policies and procedures (training will be given).
