The successful candidate willundertake a variety of projects within the business to assist with the development and efficient working of the business.  Ensuring that your team carry out their duties (as described in their job description) in an efficient and effective manner i.e. reviewing their work on a regular basis and maintaining regular lines of two-way communication between yourself, your Director and your team.

Responsibilitie’s:

  • §  Manage, and conduct the more complex work fulfilled by, a small operations team of support staff currently responsible for filing, scanning, office facilities, remediation of breaches, errors and omissions, new client take-on, maintenance of CDD, FB and CRM data maintenance, bank account opening, approved intermediary take-on and maintenance, and similar tasks.
  • §  Devise, plan, co-ordinate, monitor, deliver and report upon projects spanning Compliance, Credit Control, IT, Marketing, Accounts departments or as defined within the annual business plan. 
  • §  Oversee compliance with, and act as in-house adviser and Reporting Officer for, FATCA and other automatic exchange of information agreements.
  • §  Extract, collate, validate, analyse and publish information concerning the company’s structure, client base, risk appetite, markets, etc. for use in insurance, annual registration and other filings and submissions.
  • The holder of this position should be educated to degree level, ideally in a business related subject such as law or accountancy and be a member of a relevant professional body.  The post holder should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in fiduciary services, with at least 3 to 5 years management experience.
