Our client is a leading company in the field of fiduciary services. They are globally one of the finest providers and are looking to grow their team. They are looking for an Operations Director who can coordinate the operational aspects of all projects. You will be planning, scheduling meetings and appointments together with recording minutes of meetings for all projects and exiting business. The successful candidate will complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans where appropriate. Short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals and also the Executive Management Board. Direct and participate in acquisitions and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans. Review working practices to ascertain if it’s successful and if not, devise an alternative.
