Our client a leading private banking group with global reach is looking for a Financial Controller. The role will have ultimate responsibility for the financial and regulatory reporting of the Private Bank, Jersey Branch.
The post holder will undertake financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures for other company entities.
We would like to see individuals with a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA / ICAEW), monthly management accounting experience, annual statutory accounting experience as well as thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures and up to date with IFRS.
The role requires excellent experience in Microsoft products, in particular excel and word. Experience in Globus and Microsoft Navision is desirable but not a pre-requisite.
