Our client is a leading independent alternative investment company who are looking for a new member of the team. The Manager will be responsible for administration client service delivery for a portfolio of client structures across one or more teams of administrators. You will support the relevant team members reporting to you. You will manage and oversee client service deliverables for each structure within the portfolio.
Oversight of the administration client service delivery for a portfolio of client structures; Escalation point in respect of administration outputs; Oversight and management of senior administrators / assistant managers; Performing as an escalation point of contact for relevant clients; Liaising professionally with lawyers, auditors, and other business partners. Building professional relationships with those third parties. Coordination and review of management reporting to the Head of Administration Operations including but not limited to areas such as resourcing, billing, budgeting, debtors, time recording, exceptions (client reporting summaries, client service delivery, regulatory reporting) for the client structures and team members under your oversight. Ensuring that issues in these areas are addressed and risks mitigated. Ensuring that planning and timetabling take place within the teams meet all deadlines. Ensuring adequate procedures are in place and are followed, implementing improved procedures where necessary.
