Our client is a leading international law firm. They provide legal, corporate and fiduciary services to global corporations, financial institutions, capital markets participants and investment fund managers. They are currently recruiting a Listing Manager to join the Banking & Finance Team in Jersey. The successful candidate will work with the team in Jersey to manage the Listings process; working with law firms, clients and the local stock exchange to list debt and other securities.


Managing the listing application process including drafting listing application documents; monitoring compliance with continuing obligation requirements affecting issuers and the ongoing administration of listing matters.

Provide clear, concise and technically sound practical advice on listings matters, predominantly on The International Stock Exchange.

Assist in developing and expanding client relationships.

Support colleagues, senior counsel and partners on client matters.

Use of the global network to build the Firm resources.

Maintain a sustained record of revenue generation and profitability; follow recommended billing rates; manage costs appropriately; ensure personal utilisation meets expectations.

Adhere to the Firm's values and professional ethics and proactively seek resolution of conflicts.

Develop know-how, share knowledge, and occasionally participate in conferences, seminars and internal training.


Solid academics, preferably with legal or finance related degree or other appropriate qualifications or experience.

Be highly organised.

Ability to be highly responsive to clients' needs.

Ability to work under own initiative in a structured, time critical manner.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work successfully in a collaborative environment, a team player.

The ability to analyse client data with a willingness to participate in business development and develop new initiatives within area of expertise.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to use precedents and timekeeping and billing systems.
