Our client is looking for a self-motivated individual who can work under their own initiative and with the minimum of supervision providing 1st and 2nd line support to our clients ever-increasing customer base. The candidate will need to be confident in their use of IT and have sound communication skills, as well as being able to demonstrate a commitment to the highest levels of client service. A good working knowledge of PC & Fileserver Hardware, Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Backup Software, Printers would be a distinct advantage though where there are gaps training will be given. This role will require the candidate to be a part of the response team learning how to take and process calls and also to be able to respond to and resolve customer fault calls remotely and on customer sites.
As part of this role, you will be exposed to lots of different technologies and configurations. This is a great opportunity for a candidate to develop and grow their knowledge across a broad IT spectrum.
