Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications and Change Coordinator, reporting to the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement, this is a key position in the Global Change Team, supporting the effective delivery of our clients' internal communications, engagement and change programmes, working with the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement and the wider Change Team.

The aim of the role is to assist in the process of increasing employee awareness, understanding, and engagement while inspiring communication across multiple channels and supporting change management initiatives.

You will be enthusiastic and motivated, capable of taking ownership, with direction, in helping our client drive forward the implementation of internal communications and engagement activity from start to finish using communications skills, following process and paying acute attention to detail.

If you have 2+ years' experience in a communications role or similar and consider yourself a ‘completer-finisher’ taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, then we would love to hear from you.
