We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Relationship Manager to join an international law firm. In this role you will be expected to provide a high quality HR relationship service to Partners, Line Managers and employees in their busy Jersey office.
Working as part of the HR Operations team, you will need to establish relationships and develop an understanding of the designated practice areas. Your responsibilities will include supporting a very successful Legal Practice and the Group's support teams comprising Finance, Risk & Compliance, IT and Marketing. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership team to fully support the HR needs of their teams and ensure they successfully deal with people related issues.
The successful candidate should be an experienced HR professional who can assist in the development of an HR Business plan and be responsible for its implementation, ensuring the full spectrum of people related disciplines are understood, delivered and are fully integrated within business areas.
