Our client is an award-winning law firm with global expertise and the agility to drive success for their clients in a fast-moving world. Currently, they are looking for a Data Protection and Operational Risk Co-ordinator.
This new role requires someone to ensure that the firm has effective systems, policies, and procedures in place to maintain compliance in line with all non-AML/CFT requirements globally. It has 4 main strands:
Act as the Data Protection Coordinator, ensuring that all aspects of data protection are compliant with the local regulatory requirements. Manage aspects of the wider operational risks which may be identified from time to time. Maintain the risk management framework to ensure it remains relevant and effective and to assist with all initiatives designed to increase awareness, knowledge and understanding of risk across the firm.
