Currently, they are looking for a Compliance Analyst and a Data Protection Compliance Officer to join the team.
Compliance Analyst to support the named Compliance Officer, MLRO and MLCO for their Jersey operations by carrying out compliance related activities. The successful candidate will also support the activities of the Group Compliance team in relation to the global private equity business and would be expected to work towards taking the JFSC key person roles for a regulated entity.
This role would suit an individual with either 2-5 years compliance experience or alternatively from an audit/assurance background (governance, risk and compliance) who is seeking to build a career in compliance.
Data Protection Compliance Officer for the oversight of the business and business operation functions to assist with the effective management of data privacy compliance on a worldwide basis. This role requires an individual with a good working knowledge of international data protection legislation such as the EU’s GDPR, awareness of new and developing legislation such as China’s PIPL and interest in data privacy developments such as those related to international data transfers. You would be mandated to drive ongoing data privacy and data retention framework working closely with information security professionals, Compliance and Legal teams, and external consultants and third parties. Some international travel may be required to assist operations in various EU, UK, US and Asian offices.
