As one of the largest and longest-established independent providers of corporate, fiduciary and fund administration services, our client is currently recruiting for a Client Services Manager to be responsible for the management of their team’s portfolio of varied HNW clients, ensuring excellent client service, whilst supporting, mentoring, and developing their team. Provide support and development to ensure team members are competent for their roles and undertake appraisals, manage staff concerns and aspirations.
Identify marketing opportunities both within the existing client base and externally and to pro-actively seek ways to increase revenue. Administer a portfolio of key clients including some complex structures and attend board meetings of client entities and where necessary travel to client meetings.
You will need a Table 4 Qualification and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the Trust and Fiduciary services industry. Contact us for a confidential chat and full job description.
