Our client is currently recruiting for a Client Services Manager to help and support the Wealth Managers and colleagues in providing the highest level of service when maintaining their existing client relationships and new business enquiries and general administrative tasks in line with business needs.
The successful candidate will have the ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues within a busy team and be able to work to your own initiative. You will be expected to be able to use technology, but, you’ll also love interacting with real people. A natural aptitude to take ownership of queries so that clients’ needs, and internal business requirements are processed and maintained to the highest level of accuracy and timeliness.
Excellent technical knowledge and demonstrative understanding of compliance regulatory requirements are essential. This role would be suited to someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience and an entry level Financial Services qualification, but not essential.
