Client Services Trust
Our client is a company that provides bespoke offshore company, trust and foundation management services to an international client base from Jersey. They are looking for a new member of the team.
The successful candidate will provide professional, high-level expertise, exercising independent responsibility and discretion working to broad parameters and policy guidance with direct responsibility to the Board. You will be required to manage and oversee the efficient and profitable administration of all trusts and companies under their charge, alongside managing their client administration team. Fulfilling the specific requirements assigned to Principal Persons under the Money Laundering (Jersey) Order 2008 and the JFSC Handbook for the Prevention and Detection of money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism. Ensuring compliance with AML / CFT corporate governance responsibilities. Working closely with the Board members on client related matters. Developing, maintaining and assessing the effectiveness of the systems and controls (including policies and procedures and staff training) in line with evolving requirements. Ensure the corporate brand is upheld at all times and represent the Company professionally at client meetings and events and enact the ethos of the Company. To meet or exceed key financial and non-financial targets, maximising revenues whilst retaining focus on cost efficiency. Actively participate in Business Developments processes and initiatives, as appropriate. Dealing with new business referrals and fee quotes. To act as ‘A’ Authorised Signatory for Group on all matters. To act as a Director on client entities. To act as representative of corporate trustee for client entities. At least 15 years relevant experience in Trust and Company administration, including at least 2 years currently at Director/ Associate Director level. Maintain a high level of competitor and industry awareness. Appropriate professional qualification as required by the JFSC for Principal Person status (Category A). A relevant professional table 4 qualification recognized by the JFSC, for example STEP/ICSA Diploma, ACCA or Law / Accountancy degree.
