Banking Client Services
Are you ready for a new challenge? Our client is looking for a Client Service Executive to act as the first point of contact for their International/Offshore clients by telephone, email, online banking and written communications in a confident, professional and knowledgeable manner. You'll also be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis, to resolve queries and understand requirements in order to meet their needs successfully.
The role holder will deliver expert transactional banking service to clients using multi-channel communications options including telephone, email, letter and fax. They will provide a dedicated banking service, demonstrating ownership of all client queries and acting as the main point of contact for all client’s short term banking requirements.
The role holder will accurately identify all clients, adhering to policy and Customer Due Diligence regulations. Receive and action multi-channel, multi-currency requests and be pro-active in achieving set personal and departmental targets.
Whilst banking experience is preferable, our client is happy to consider applications from people without this experience and if successful you will complete their bespoke, tailored and interactive induction programme, using this to become a knowledgeable, experienced and valuable asset to the whole business.
